Steam converters for the production of pure steam

The Lautenschläger WT series - steam converters for the production of pure steam for sterilization and disinfection from heating steam with capacities from 54 kW to 300 kW. The units are made from high-grade stainless steel and equipped with stainless steel heat exchanger elements - the WT 54 uses 6 separately replacable cartridges, all other types are designed as shell tube evaporator with a removable stainless steel heat exchanger bündle.

Individual configuration
For an integrated CSSD, laboratory or industrial installation, steam headers for the connection of multiple sterilizers in parallel are available. Steam and energy management systems among others include controlled feed water supply, an automatic switch-over from steam generator production to house steam supply and recovery devices for pipe and heating jacket condensate.
